With millions of venues and locations to choose from this can be the most time consuming part of the whole process. We have details of over 7,000 venues, from hotels and dedicated conference centres, to venues with a ‘difference’ such as castles, museums, sporting stadia and theme parks.
We know that registration of delegates can be time consuming and we would administer the event from start to finish. We will advertise the event, prepare the invitations, collate the responses, provide you with timely reports, prepare delegate packs and rooming lists and liaise with the venue.
We will source suitable locations, book of your event, such as seminars, sales meetings, product launches, incentive programmes, Christmas parties, hotel accommodation with no fee to you and often at a discount from the standard rate when booking direct. We have the purchasing power of a bulk buyer!! In fact, we can offer discounted rates on most bookings.
Once the location and venue is confirmed, the logistical process starts. We then work with our clients to ensure the smooth running of each event. Project management incorporates venue and supplier management, delegate management, co-ordinating speakers and sponsors, on site presence throughout the event, after the event clean up and general administration.
We are able to undertake full Secretariat Services for Societies and Clubs etc and offer a complete confidential and professional administrative service.
